Estancia Ninette

In 2000, Hector Sarasola, the owner of Estancia Ninette, buys the land to build his dream after 10 years in business: a ranch where his clients, friends and family would be comfortable enjoying the accommodations as well as the hunting and fishing. Built of stone and wood with oversized windows everywhere, sitting on the top of a hill overlooking the Rio Negro River, the ranch is an astounding view from the river. Designed especially for the needs and desires of customers, Ninette was finally open to business in 2003. Many groups come year after year not only hunt and fish, but also to enjoy the unforgettable view of the river, which one of our customers defined as �a million dollar view� while contemplating a sunrise.

Located in the �hart� of a couple millons dove roost, most flyways we shoot are reachable �walking on your sleepers� and half a case of shells can be shot from the swimming pool!!!

The land (300 acres) was part of a 22,000 acres family ranch, so all neighbours are part of our hunting leases. We hunt Perdiz as well as Pheasants and Red leg partdrige in our land.

Actually the �dream� came true and Ninette has prooved to be �the only trully hunting�.
